What is a Nutritional consultation?
Nutrition is a field that focuses on the connection between the food we eat and our body health. This is a very broad field that includes many topics such as: prevention and treatment of disease, or diagnosing and detecting nutritional deficiencies that may harm the health of our bodies and the way that we feel. 
 

Nutrition consulting for health problems:
Nutrition guides are very important for treatment and monitoring of Diabetes, Hypertension, to lowering cholesterol, to lower lipids in the blood and prevent heart disease. Also consultation is intended for those suffering from celiac disease, food intolerance (lactose etc.) or food allergies. In addition, nutritional consultation is very important when dealing with obesity, weight loss, balanced weight and of course shows the way to maintain a healthy weight after the end of the process.
 

What is a Nutritional Consulting session?
Nutritional consultations are held as a personal session (1-on-1),  or with partners as suits you.
 For example: husbands & wife, mother & daughter, brothers, good friends etc.
 
  •    First session: The first session, intake, is long (45-60 minutes) and the aim is to build each one the best personal nutrition program appropriate for your health, lifestyle and, of course, personal goals. For example: lose weight, lower cholesterol, feel more energetic and strong, reduce fat percentage, improve sports performance etc. 
  •    Follow-up sessions: the following sessions are 30 minutes each. The goals of the regular sessions are to track the changes in weight, fat percentage and review blood tests to follow changes and needs. It is paramount to match the nutritional menu to changes t over time.

 
What to bring to the first session?
It is very important to bring latest blood tests to the first session the.  These should be from the last six months. If you do not have comprehensive and up to date blood test you should request them from your physician. If you take medications and or supplements, please bring them in their original packaging.
 

How many sessions?
There is no preordained commitment to a fixed number of sessions.  My goal is to match the correct framework for you to achieve your goals. We can meet at a frequency of once a week, once every two weeks or less frequently according to your choice and discussion of needs. After progress, you may extend the time between the sessions to allow long-term monitoring, support and professional guidance. My goal is to help you to maintain the benefits of nutritional change that you achieved in the course of consultations.
 
 
Is it possible to buy packages of nutrition consulting?
Yes, it is possible to purchase a package for a number of consultation sessions in advance. This can help to create a good framework and supports achieving changes in nutritional habits. Advance purchase of a nutritional consulting meeting package also allows you to enjoy a discount price for the course of consultations continuing over a longer period may be recommended if needed.
